Window Managers

Tiny Core comes with a window manager. You may use it as it is, and don't need to install another one. Until version 2.2, the default window manager was jwm. In version 2.3, flwm was introduced.

However, if you want to install a different window manager, it may be installed using the same method as installing other programs.

Restart the computer for it to be loaded.

Examples of window managers include:

flwm

icewm

jwm

jwm-snapshot

wmaker

Xfce4base

Microcore

Microcore may be installed as explained in Install Microcore. During installation select a window manager.
